What is your return policy?

You can find your order  number in your order confirmation email.

All our European Union orders are subject to a free returns policy. No questions asked. We will provide a pre-paid DHL shipping label for free.

The returns period is 30 days following the date of order.

If you prefer to refund your purchase and receive store credit, your returns period is 60 days following the date of your order. If you choose store credit for your refund, we will also refund all shipping costs associated with your order. All returns not in exchange for store credit will not have the shipping costs from the original order refunded.

Due to the situation with the COVID-19 and the DHL Parcel Shops, the returns period is now extended 30 more days. So refunds returns period is 60 days and exchanges 90 days.

If you want to exchange your order for another product or size, you need to return your original order and place a new one. If you choose to exchange your order and receive store credit, you won’t need to pay for shipping twice.

To return your order, the garment must be unused, unwashed and with all original labels attached.

Please note that underwear cannot be returned under any circumstances.


All returns on orders subject to bulk purchase promotions (for example, buy 3, get one free; free shipping on orders over 90€; or second item 50% off) will lose the promotion benefits if the order after the return does not honour the promotion requirements.
